How old would you be if you didn't know how old you were? ~Satchel Paige

2months old today... how did that happen? It was a tough day at our house because Tilly had her doctor's visit and 2 month shots. Not a pleasant thing to partake in. Daddy did promise Tilly an extra special present if she remained calm and didn't make her momma cry. Any guesses?

A PONY!!!

I don't think he meant this kind either....

FooooooooooD!

Mike had been watching the Food Network, a popular choice in our home, and he captured Tilly in a food coma. Almost two months old, rocking the faux hawk and practically drooling on the floor. Love you Tilly Girl!

“You don't love someone for their looks, or their clothes, or for their fancy car, but because they sing a song only you can hear.”

Happy One Year Anniversary to my beautiful cousin and her husband! Their wedding was so much fun last year. The ceremony was beautiful, I couldn't help but be teary-eyed. Anthony sang to her and had the whole church in awe. Their reception was at the coolest venue. So much history and character. They should get married every year!!! Love you guys!

Happy Happy Birthday to my man!

Happy Birthday to Michael! We don't have big plans for today and considering the weather isn't too hot I think we'll save a "fun" day for another time. Going to dinner tonight while Grandma Carol stays with Tilly. We know she'll be in good hands and it's good to get out and celebrate too!

Tilly Girl

Just about 8 weeks old. Where does the time go? No, seriously... where has the last 8 weeks of my life gone? Our baby girl isn't allowed to be 8 weeks old already!

It's time to start posting again and sharing our little girl's life with friends and family. I won't make any promises about posting on a regular basis, but I'll do my best. Enjoy :)

Happy Halloween from Jolee Lynn

Jolee went as a duck for Halloween this year. She was very cute and would even say "Happy Halloween" and "Trick or Treat" when asking for candy. She was shy around some people, but overall she had a super fun day. We visited grandma Hutchinson at her work, she had to show her off to all her staff and coworkers. Then we visited Great Grandpa and Grandma Snelling, it was their 66th wedding anniversary! Congrats to them. Then we headed to New York Mills to visit the office where I work, share a Halloween treat, and to take some pictures. She had a good time seeing everyone in their costumes and liked handing out the candy. She slept on the drive home which was good, she needed it. Before I took her home, we stopped at my friend's house in Detroit Lakes. She has a 3 year old daughter who was going as a ghost - she looked SOOOO cute! Great day overall, wish she had more time to spend together, but for now, I'll enjoy her when I can. Happy Halloween!

It's her birthday

Jolee Lynn turned 2 on October 11th, 2008. Where in the world has the time gone? It's amazing to me when I really think about it. Jolee is learning new things everyday, I just wish I had more time to spend with her so I could experience all of it. We celebrated her birthday at her house. Kari and my mom made food and did some decorating. Jolee wore the prettiest purple dress and her hair was done up nicely. She looked like a big girl! It's really great having her back in Minnesota, it was a tough couple of months when they were gone. Just under 6 months... which is about what we predicted. :)

Happy Birthday beautiful Jolee!
